The Department of Mathematics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln invites applications for a three-year, non-tenure track postdoctoral faculty position in Data Science, starting in August 2026. The postdoctoral faculty in Data Science will support research in this fast growing field, and in particular, the research program of Assistant Professor Shiying Li.
Postdoctoral Faculty Position
The Department of Mathematics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln invites applications for a three-year, non-tenure track NSF-funded RTG postdoctoral faculty position, starting in August 2026. The NSF requires RTG postdocs to be US citizens or permanent residents. Responsibilities include research, teaching two courses per academic year, and running a year-long research seminar, with the help of a research mentor, during the second year in the position.
