Current Student Scholarship Form

The Department of Mathematics offers several scholarships to Math and CAS Data Science Majors that have demonstrated outstanding performance in their Mathematics, Data Science, and other related courses.  All current Mathematics and CAS Data Science majors including those who were awarded a full or partial Eastman Scholarships as incoming freshmen or who were awarded scholarships in past years are required to complete the current student application to be considered for scholarships for the next academic year.  The data collected below will be used for the selection of these scholarships and for other opportunities offered by the Math Department. This information will not be shared outside the University of Nebraska without the applicant's written consent.

PLEASE FILL OUT & SUBMIT THE APPLICATION BY 5 PM ON MONDAY, MAY 19TH. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

 

Any automatically removed leading zeros will be corrected.

Normally, your cumulative GPA must be a 3.0 or above to be considered.

If you completed the course in high school, please list "high school" rather than a grade. If your course is in-progress, please list "IP" rather than a grade.

Please attempt to calculate your current Math course GPA (i.e., a GPA based solely on your Math and/or Data Science coursework). You can access a GPA calculator at https://registrar.unl.edu/academic-standards/grade-point-average/.
