Saja Gherri is a first-year graduate student at the University of Texas at Austin with academic interests in partial differential equations and geometric analysis. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, earning a double major in Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Astronomy. Her research experience spans both mathematics and astrophysics, and includes participation in the GEM Fellowship Program with an internship at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. A two-time undergraduate attendee of NCUWM, Saja is also a strong advocate for outreach, teaching, and mentorship in mathematics.
